Serves 2 people
- 1 C milk (cow’s milk or almond milk … pick your favorite!)
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 T peanut butter (preferably natural – no added sugar)
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 5 or 6 ice cubes, or 1/2 C crushed ice
- Get a parent’s help or permission.
- Starting with the milk, add all ingredients to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Share this hunka hunka delicious smoothie with someone you like (or even your sister or brother)!
